RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: February 10, 2026

At LashLife, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

1. RETURN POLICY

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging unless the product is defective.

Clearance items are non-returnable.


2. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please email srdholdingss@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).

3. REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

Refunds will be issued as store credit or via EFT, minus any payment processing fees.

If the return is due to a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
